Australian Botanical
Australian Botanical is a collection of Australia's botanical taxonomic literature published in state, territory and national herbarium journals, made openly accessible and searchable online on the Biodiversity Heritage Library website.
The collection currently comprises 400+ volumes across 17 journal titles, representing 62,000+ pages of Australia's botanical taxonomic literature. Click here to browse the entire collection by title.
Digitisation and access to these journals is a collaboration between the Australian herbaria and BHL Australia (hosted by Museums Victoria), with funding from the Atlas of Living Australia.
Importantly, the collection is growing to include all issues, from the first publications in the included journals to the most recent. Gathering all this content into a single searchable collection provides an unparalleled opportunity to search across Australia's botanical taxonomic literature, in one place.
